What it is
A continuation of Victor of Tunnuna covering 567 to 590, by a Goth who studied at Constantinople and was exiled for ten years by an Arian king before the conversion he lived to record.
Why it lasted
The only contemporary narrative of Spain's turn from Arianism to Catholicism, by someone punished under the old order and vindicated by the new. It closes exactly where Isidore's history begins.
